ABOUT THE PROGRAM

WHAT ARE THE PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS WITHIN ALLĒ℠ – AESTHETICS LOYALTY PROGRAM?

Patients can earn points and redeem rewards for the following Allergan products and treatments:

• BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA)
• JUVÉDERM® XC
• JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC
• JUVÉDERM VOLLURE™ XC
• JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC

• KYBELLA® (deoxycholic acid) 10 mg/mL
• SkinMedica® products*
• LATISSE® (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) 0.03%

All products and treatments available by prescription only, excluding SkinMedica®.
Points issued for Natrelle® breast augmentation only.
Points are only awarded for REVOLVE™ Advance Adipose System when the treatment is a cash-pay aesthetic procedure.
Points can only be awarded for qualifying BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments once every 90 days.

DO I NEED TO MAINTAIN MY QUALIFYING POINTS TO MAINTAIN MY MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM?

Once you are registered for the program, you will start each year with 25 qualifying points, eliminating the need to maintain additional APP membership levels.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM?

Log on to your Allergan One Portal and click on the Brilliant Distinctions® Consumer Loyalty Program icon to find the program registration.

HOW MUCH EXTRA WORK IS THIS PROGRAM FOR MY OFFICE STAFF?

Brilliant Distinctions® is incredibly easy. You will be responsible for two actions:

1. Issuing points following a product purchase or treatment from an eligible product.
2. Redeeming rewards for instant savings at the time of treatment or purchase

Both actions can be done at the same time and require only a few clicks within the provider portal.
