LeeAnn Garcia, Aesthetician

LeeAnn’s passion for the spa industry, holistic wellness, and stress reduction led her to pursue a career in Aesthetics. Having struggled with severe cystic acne, she was driven to excel in the field and help others achieve their best skin. A graduate of Masters of Cosmetology College in Fort Wayne, IN (2009), LeeAnn brings over 15 years of experience in the skincare industry to ENT Aesthetics.

She continually seeks out opportunities for education and professional growth to stay current with the latest advancements in skincare technology. LeeAnn is dedicated to providing personalized, results-driven treatments using medical-grade products while promoting total body wellness. Her goal is to create a relaxing, transcendent experience for each client, helping them achieve their ideal skin and well-being.

Maria Parsons, Aesthetic Coordinator

Maria has over six years of experience in the aesthetics and plastic surgery industry, specializing in patient care. Known for her warm and friendly demeanor, Maria greets everyone with an infectious smile that instantly puts patients at ease. With a kind and loving heart, she treats each patient like family, offering knowledgeable guidance on skincare and injectables, and helping select products that suit individual needs and budgets.

Maria’s willingness to embrace new challenges and her dedication to going above and beyond make her an invaluable friend and coworker. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her husband and adult children, enjoying family cooking sessions, movie nights, and simply being together.

Rikki Krumma, LPN

Nurse Injector

Rikki has been in the medical field and aesthetic industry for over 15 years. As a nurse injector, Rikki is professional, skilled, compassionate, and conservative, but she is not afraid to tell you exactly what you need to get the results you want. She specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, and sclerotherapy (the treatment of spider veins). She enjoys educating patients about surgery and non-invasive procedures of anti-aging and skin care, but the most rewarding part of her job is helping patients achieve their cosmetic results. Rikki is fun to be around, and her personality is infectious. Her patients always enjoy their appointments with her and can’t wait until they are able to come in and see her again. When not working, she is likely spending time with family, reading, or enjoying the outdoors.

Dr. Thomas Herendeen, Facial Plastics Team

Dr. Herendeen is a graduate of I.U. Medical School and has over 29 years of experience in Otolaryngology with 23 years at ENT Associates. At the Surgery Center, his specialties include Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Nasal Surgeries.

Dr. Lai graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1993 and has practiced medicine for over 28 years. Highly experienced in Otolaryngology, Facial Plastic Surgery, and she has been an integral part of ENT Associates for 18 years.
